PetiteKnit Dagmar Sweater - Physical pattern
£5.50
This item is a physical copy of the PetiteKnit Dagmar Sweater pattern in A5 colour booklet form. This pattern could be made in Lettlopi or in Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt.
The PetiteKnit Dagmar Sweater is worked from the top down in a textured pattern. First, the back yoke is worked back and forth and shaped with increases. Then, the shoulders are worked from stitches that are picked up and knitted along the top of the back yoke. The body is worked straight down in the round on a circular needle. The sleeves are worked in the round on a circular needle from stitches that are picked up and knitted along the armhole openings. At the end a ribbed edge is worked along the neck edge.
Sizing: The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit a bust circumference of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150). Before beginning your project, measure yourself with a measuring tape around your bust (or your widest upper body part) to determine which size will fit you the best. The Dagmar Sweater is designed to have approx. 26 cm of positive ease, meaning it is designed to be approx. 26 cm larger in circumference than your bust measurement. The size of the finished sweater is 107 (111) 116 (120) 125 (132) 138 (145) 149 (158) cm. The measurements are achieved if the sweater is knitted to the correct gauge. Example sizing: if your bust circumference is 90 cm and you knit a size S, your sweater will have a bust circumference of 116 cm which would give you 26 cm of positive ease.
Gauge: 18 stitches x 24 rows in texture pattern on 4.5 mm needles after washing and blocking = 10 x 10 cm
